Welcome to the Valuation Office web site,
Follow this link if your Local Authority Area is under Revaluation.
The Valuation Office is the State property valuation agency.
The core business of the Office is the provision of accurate, up-to-date valuations of commercial and industrial properties to ratepayers and rating authorities as laid down by statute.
The office is currently engaged in a national programme to revalue all commercial and industrial properties in Ireland. The purpose of the revaluation is to bring more equity, fairness and transparency into the local authority rating system.

Reminder : Dublin City Revaluation Supplementary Representation Information Reminder to all ratepayers and agents who have made representations that the closing date for submission of supplementary information is the 25th February 2013. Supplementary information can be lodged electronically by following this link.

Dublin City Revaluation : Today the 11th January approximately 4650 Proposed Valuation Certificates have issued to most of the remaining occupiers of commercial and industrial properties in the Dublin City Council area. A total of 20,650 Proposed Valuation Certificates have issued in a number of tranches between the 23rd of October 2012 and the 11th of January 2013. A small number of certificates remain outstanding and it is expected that these will issue before the end of February 2013.
