The current phase of the National Revaluation Programme is Reval 2023. This includes the second revaluation of the rating authority area of Dún Laoghaire Rathdown County Council and the first revaluation of the rating authority areas of Clare, Donegal, Galway, Kerry and Mayo County Councils and Galway City Council.

If your property is not located in one of the counties listed above, it has most likely been valued due to a revision request submitted by you or your Local Authority arising from a change to your property.
