Who We Are and What We Do

We are an independent Government Office, under the aegis of Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage, staffed by civil servants and headed by the Head of Valuation. The current holder of this position is Colm Lavery, who was appointed to the post under section 9 of the Valuation Act 2001.
