Following the easing of COVID-19 restrictions announced by Government on the 30th April 2021, the Valuation Office recommenced site visits, surveys and inspections of properties on Monday 10th May 2021. Arrangements for such visits, inspections and surveys of property will be made in advance.
The health and wellbeing of our staff and members of the public are of the utmost importance and all visits to properties will be carried out in accordance with the prevailing public health guidelines. Our Inspection Protocol can be viewed below.
