Full details and particulars of the information required are:

1. Accounts and trading information:
   1. Copies of the audited accounts to include detailed profit and loss accounts for the most recent 3 years for which figures are available. (Certified accounts will suffice where audited accounts are not prepared
   2. Management accounts to cover period from date of last accounts up to current date.
   3. projections to cover the next 12 month period.
2. Market information:
   1. A copy of the lease for properties / lands held on lease.
   2. Date of purchase and price paid, for freehold and leasehold properties / lands acquired over the past 5 years.
3. Full details and costs of construction / development works carried out, to include a detailed breakdown of same.
4. Layout plan for the wind farm.
5. County Council planning reference number(s).
6. Date(s) of construction and commission date(s)
7. Details of wind turbine generators to include number, make, nominal output, etc
8. Total Installed Generating Capacity (TIGC).
9. Total annual production in Megawatt Hours for the past 5 years OR the estimated annual production for new developments
10. Capacity factor.
