1. Accounts and trading information, as follows:
   1. Copies of the audited accounts to include detailed profit and loss accounts for the most recent 3 years for which figures are available. (Certified accounts will suffice where audited accounts are not prepared).
   2. Management accounts to cover period from date of last accounts up to current date.
   3. Breakdown of turnover between the various trading activities.
   4. Financial projections to cover the next 12 month period.
   5. Details of opening hours and pricing structure.
   6. Details of admission numbers for each accounting period.
   7. Details of franchise, licence and other arrangements relating to operation of the cinema.

2. Market information, as follows:
   1. Copy of the lease for properties held on lease
   2. Date of purchase and price paid, for freehold and leasehold properties acquired over the past 5 years

3. Construction and redevelopment information, as follows:
   1. Details and costs of construction/redevelopment works carried out over the past 5 years.
   2. Budget estimates in the case of new developments.

4. Floor plans for the building and seating capacities.

5. Details of all licences and special exemptions attaching to the property.
