   4. Details of bed occupancy rates for the period 20012-2015

2. Market information:
   1. Copy of the lease for properties held on lease
   2. Date of purchase and price paid, for freehold and leasehold properties acquired over the past 5 years

3. Construction and redevelopment:
   1. Details and costs of construction/redevelopment works carried out over the past 5 years.
   2. Budget estimates in the case of new developments.

4. Copy of floor plans suitable for scaling.

5. Registration details.

6. Accommodation details to include numbers and types of bedrooms including en-suites (nos. of singles, doubles, etc)
