Before making representations.

Prior to making Representations, you should carefully review the Proposed Valuation Certificate and Explanatory Letter which were recently issued to you. Details of how your Proposed Valuation was calculated are provided in the documentation.
Valid Representations must be made within 40 days from the date of issue of your Proposed Valuation Certificate. In order to make valid Representations, you will be required to verify certain aspects of the valuation, select the grounds on which you are making the Representations, state your opinion of what a fair and reasonable valuation should be, provide the calculation of your opinion of value, and submit evidence in support of your case.
You are strongly advised to familiarise yourself with our Guide to Making Representations before proceeding. Detailed explanations of each of the steps are contained in this Guide. Once you have familiarised yourself with the requirements, you can make Representations by clicking the link below. You will need your Property Number and PIN, which are provided on your Proposed Valuation Certificate.
Depending on the nature of your property you may be required to provide details of any existing tenancy/lease agreement relating to the subject property including the current rent and any factors or agreements that contributed to or led to the determination of that rent. You can use the Lease Summary Form to provide this information.
