  1. Accounts and trading information:
    1. Copies of the audited accounts to include detailed profit and loss accounts for the most recent 3 years for which figures are available. (Copies of Certified Accounts will suffice where audited accounts are not prepared).
    2. Management accounts to cover the same 3 year period.  
    3. Breakdown of turnover between the various trading activities along with details of occupancy levels, room rate and RevPar.
    4. Financial projections to cover the next 12 month period.
    5. Details of all franchise, licence and other arrangements relating to the operation of the hostel
  1. Market information:
    1. Copy of the lease for properties held on lease.
    2. Date of purchase and price paid, for freehold and leasehold properties acquired over the past 5 years.
  1. Construction and redevelopment:
    1. Details and costs of construction/redevelopment works carried out over the past 5 years.
    2. Budget estimates in the case of new developments.
  1. Copy of layout plan and floor plans, suitable for scaling.
  1. Hostel registration and classification details.
  1. Details of all licences and special exemptions attaching to the property.
  1. Accommodation and other details to include:
    1. Number of bedrooms/dormitories and the type and number of beds/bunks in each.
    2. Also include if rooms are en-suite
    3. Details and capacities of other accommodation including bars, cafe / restaurant, car parking etc.
